Where are the servers located?+
Pick Tokyo or Singapore. Both get the same three-network routing to mainland China.
What makes the routing premium?+
We route over CTGNet (formerly China Telecom CN2 GIA, AS4809 / AS23764), China Unicom Premium (CUP, AS9929 / AS10099), and China Mobile International N2 (CMIN2, AS58807). Each one is the premium path for its carrier.
What operating systems can I install?+
Debian, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, or AlmaLinux. Every server runs on KVM with full root access. We don’t offer Windows.
What IP addresses are included?+
One dedicated IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 block per server.
How fast is setup?+
Instant. Servers are set up automatically once your payment goes through.
Can I upgrade later?+
Open a support ticket and we’ll move you from Premium to Ultra or Max. Upgrades aren’t self-service yet, and you can’t downgrade afterward.
Do you take backups?+
Yes, every plan includes daily backups.
